Reasons: 1) The bearing is out of oil or has too much oil. 2) The oil bore is jammed. 3) The score pulley moves and the body flops. 4) The stationary bushing flops vertically. 5) The bearing wears out or the holder is damaged. 6) The jaw cover grinds the head or the bearing cover grinds the main axle. Solutions: 1) Add the oil according to instruction book. 2) Clean the oil bore and jam. 3) Adjust the position of score pulley. 4) Dismantle the bearing head, fix stationery bushing, dismantle the flying or score pulley, replace a new stationery bushing. 5) Replace the bearing. 6) Replace the head and cover, or loosen upper cover of bracket bearing, press the fuse and head on the bearing seat, then fix the head to eliminate turning. | |
