Reasons:
1) The ground bolt is loose or broken. 2) The flying or scored pulley is misplaced. 3) The console is unstable and has no shock insulation.
Solutions:
1) Fix the ground bolt or replace the broken bolts. 2) Dismantle the head of flying pulley, unscrew the flying, scored pulley, adjust their position, and fix the expanded cover bolts. 3) Fix the foundation, add crosstie or rubber.
