The Brazilian market of heavy construction and mining equipment estimates strong growth over the next five years. According to a study released by SOBRATEMA - the Brazilian Association for Technology in Equipment and Maintenance - growth of 13% is expected for 2008 with sales of 60,981 units of equipment.
This scenario makes the country a prime location for M&T Expo 2009 - the 7th International Trade Fair for Construction Equipment and the 5th International Trade Fair for Mining Equipment; the best event in the sector for doing business with all of Latin America. M&T EXPO 2009 is expected to gather some 350 exhibitors and 500 brands from over 25 countries, in an area of 85 thousand square meters. The fair is expected to be host to 42 thousand foreign and local visitors. |
